How Do I Find my Ring Size?

There's nothing more frustrating than buying a gorgeous ring and having it not fit. That's why knowing your ring size is crucial.

Don't know what that is? There are quite a few methods you can try. A quick, easy, and free way to do this is to use a piece of string or floss to measure the circumference of your finger. Follow these simple steps:

1. Wrap a piece of string around your finger

2. Take a pen and mark where the string overlaps

3. Stretch the string out across a ruler to get the length in millimeters

4. Use this guide to calculate your ring size:

· 14 mm = size 3

· 14.8 mm = size 4

· 15.6 mm = size 5

· 16.5 mm = size 6

· 17.3 mm = size 7

· 18.2 mm = size 8

· 19 mm = size 9

· 19.8 mm = size 10

· 20. 6 mm = size 11

· 21.4 mm = size 12

· 22.2 mm = size 13

Women are generally between a size 6 and 7 while the most common sizes for men are 10 and 11.

How safe is my online order?
When shopping online with a credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL-secured web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your credit card and transaction will be authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments or cash on delivery.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. We will email you tracking information the next day after your order ships, as tracking information is usually available within 24 hours of our shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in your country.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
Please note that your shipping address cannot be modified after the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your residential address, not your vacation address, as we do not know how long the package will be held by customs at the destination.
How to change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or reject an order, or any part thereof, at our sole discretion at any time after receipt of an order, even after the customer has received order confirmation or the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has been authorized for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
Any cancellations after the order has been placed will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total price, regardless of when the order was placed (even if it's just a second late), as we charge cancellation fees due to merchant processor/credit card charges.
Please note that any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
What if the item I received is defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you have received an incorrect, missing and/or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a photo of the item and any relevant references when you receive your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
How long does the returns process take?
It may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return to process it. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the return or cancellation request. When in doubt, contact the card-issuing bank to find out when the credit will be credited to your account.
If you have not received a return credit: Contact your bank/credit card company. Refunds may take some time to post to your account.
How do I return an item?
If you have a problem with the quality of your purchase and would like to return it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review the return request and if the return is approved, further instructions will be sent.
